Aptitude Trainer — Training and Placement

• Strong command of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning
• Prior experience as an aptitude or placement trainer preferred
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Familiarity with corporate recruitment test patterns

• Conduct training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
• Prepare students for placement aptitude tests and competitive exams
• Design practice tests, question banks, and assessments
• Conduct mock tests and track student performance with improvement plans
• Coordinate placement-preparation workshops
• Support the Training and Placement cell
