Hostel Deputy Warden — Hostel Administration

• Prior experience in hostel, residential, or facility administration preferred
• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to reside on or near campus and be available for emergencies
• Good record-keeping and basic computer proficiency

• Assist the Chief Warden in overseeing day-to-day operations, discipline, and timings of the student hostel
• Ensure resident safety and security and enforce hostel rules and code of conduct
• Coordinate mess, housekeeping, and maintenance services for hostel facilities
• Address student grievances and maintain a supportive residential environment
• Maintain occupancy, attendance, leave, and incident records
• Handle emergencies and liaise with parents or guardians and college authorities
