By using www.topfaculty.com (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What TopFaculty is

TopFaculty is an editorial job board that aggregates and publishes faculty recruitment notifications from educational institutions across India. We do not host applications, accept résumés, or facilitate hiring decisions. All applications go directly to the institution whose listing you click.

2. Use of the Service

• You may browse, search, filter and share any public page.
• You may subscribe to email alerts using a real email address you control.
• You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or re-publish significant portions of the database without our written permission.
• You may not use the Service to send unsolicited communications to institutions whose contact details appear on listings.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. Posting a recruitment

Institutions submit recruitment notifications by email to post@topfaculty.com. By submitting, you warrant that:

• You are authorised to publish the recruitment on behalf of the institution.
• The information you provide is accurate at the time of submission.
• The recruitment complies with applicable Indian law including, where relevant, UGC, AICTE, PCI, NCTE and reservation norms.
• You grant TopFaculty a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to format, edit, publish and distribute the recruitment notice on the Service and our distribution channels (email digests, social media, RSS).

4. Editorial control

We exercise editorial control over what is published. We may edit submissions for clarity, format and length, and may decline or remove any listing that we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or outside our scope.

5. No guarantees

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to verify listings before they go live, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any listing remains current. Always verify details directly with the institution before applying.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopFaculty and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) ₹1,000.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing from emails and closing the browser tab.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city in which TopFaculty's editorial team is registered.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site for at least 30 days.
