While we aim for editorial accuracy, the original recruitment notification published by the hiring institution is the authoritative source.

Always verify with the institution

Before applying, please verify all listing details — including eligibility, qualifications, application method, deadlines, and pay scale — directly with the hiring institution. Application instructions and contact details published on TopFaculty are intended to point you to the institution's own application process; they are not part of an application service offered by us.

No employment relationship

TopFaculty is an information service, not an employment agency. We do not screen candidates, do not forward applications, and do not participate in the hiring or selection process. Any employment offer, contract, or hiring decision is solely between the candidate and the institution.

Fees

Browsing TopFaculty, subscribing to email alerts, and posting a recruitment are all free of charge. TopFaculty will never demand a fee in exchange for an interview, a posting, or favourable treatment. If anyone claims to act on our behalf and asks for payment, please report it to post@topfaculty.com.

Errors & corrections

Despite editorial review, errors can occur. If you find an inaccuracy in a published listing, or are an institution whose recruitment is incorrectly represented, write to post@topfaculty.com with the listing URL and we will action verified corrections within one working day.
