- Experience
Minimum 10 years of teaching and/or research experience in a reputed academic/research institution. At least 5 years of experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent position.

- Post-doctoral research, international academic exposure, or collaboration with reputed global universities/institutions
- Proven track record of funded research projects, patents, technology transfer, or commercialization
- Experience in working with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
- Prior involvement in industry consultancy, sponsored research, or corporate training programs
- Exposure to interdisciplinary teaching integrating engineering, management, and digital technologies
- Experience in developing and managing advanced labs/smart manufacturing labs or centers of excellence
- Strong record in Ph.D. supervision and mentoring research scholars to successful completion
- Leadership experience in academic administration, accreditation (NBA/NAAC/ABET), and curriculum development
- Industry certifications or training in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Automation, AI/ML, IIoT, or Robotics
- Demonstrated ability in entrepreneurship development, startup incubation, or innovation ecosystems
- Experience in delivering executive education, FDPs, or training programs for professionals
- Recognition through awards, fellowships, or professional society memberships (e.g., IEEE, ASME, SME, etc.)
