We have received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Ministry of Education upon recommendation of UGC to fulfil necessary requirements towards being granted Deemed to be University of Distinct Category. We are developing Centre of Excellence in Automotive Engineering with an aim to develop next-generation talent equipped to address the evolving needs of the mobility and transportation sectors.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge and teaching capability in any three domains and general knowledge in the remaining domains listed in key areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead teaching, curriculum development and evaluation in automotive and allied subjects.
- Establish and operate the Centre of Excellence (COE) in Automotive Engineering
- Design and deliver industry-oriented programs in emerging automotive technologies
- Mentor students, research scholars and faculty members
- Drive funded research projects, patents and high-impact publications
- Collaborate with automotive industries, OEMs and research organizations
- Set up advanced labs in Engine & Emission, EVs, ADAS, NVH, EMI/EMC
- Set up mini factories for BIW, Vehicle Assembly and Battery Assembly
- Promote innovation, startups and entrepreneurship within the COE
- Support accreditation, rankings and institutional development goals
