- Identify and connect with startups, product companies, and technology organizations hiring freshers.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective recruiters in domains such as AI/ML, Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, FinTech, Semiconductor, and Product Engineering.
- Engage with Founders, CTOs, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams to create hiring opportunities for KIET students.
- Represent KIET at startup events, networking forums, incubators, accelerators, and industry meetups.
- Facilitate internship opportunities, campus recruitment drives, and off-campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide regular market intelligence on emerging job roles, hiring trends, and skill requirements.
