Executive Assistant to Vice Chancellor (EA to VC)

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a university, corporate, or institutional setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Outstanding organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.

• Manage the Vice Chancellor's calendar, meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Handle official correspondence and confidential documentation.
• Monitor action points and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing university events, academic meetings and official visits.
