- Drive innovation in emerging areas such as AI, Data Science, Business Analytics and Digital Business.
- Lead accreditation, rankings, quality assurance and continuous institutional improvement initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing faculty and administrative team.
- Ensure sound governance, financial discipline and efficient resource management.
- Represent the institution at national and international platforms and build strategic alliances.
