- Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in engineering / computer applications / business administration or allied disciplines. Ph.D. is preferred.
- Experience
10 - 15 years of combined experience in academia, research, industry collaboration, innovation, or entrepreneurship. At least 05 years at the level of Associate Professor / Senior Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Expertise in building partnerships with industries, startups, and government bodies.
- Experience in facilitating funding for innovation and startups.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and international education policies.
- A person of high energy, integrity, and enthusiastic optimism.
Responsibilities
- Support the Dean in driving the University’s innovation and startup ecosystem.
- Oversee incubation operations and guide startups from ideation to market entry.
- Facilitate MoUs and strategic partnerships with industries and innovation hubs.
- Develop and manage entrepreneurship training programs and hackathons.
- Assist in developing policies related to incubation and IP management.
