Responsibilities
- Lead academic planning, administration, and quality assurance aligned with UGC/AICTE PCI, BCI norms.
- Drive curriculum innovation, outcome-based education (OBE), and NEP 2020 integration.
- Facilitate faculty development programs, mentorship, and performance enhancement.
- Oversee student progression, academic governance, and grievance redressal.
- Contribute to institutional rankings, accreditations (NAAC, NBA, NIRF), and growth initiatives
